Jasna Matić was born in Belgrade, where she studied and received a degree in civil engineering from the Faculty of Civil Engineering. She has completed postgraduate studies and earned an MBA from the Washington University in St Louis, USA.
At the beginning of her professional career Ms. Matić worked for five years as a construction engineer and project manager in Belgrade, where she designed and coordinated implementation for a number of industrial, business and public facilities.
She has also worked as a consultant for the World Bank in Washington D.C. where she coordinated analysis of ICT readiness, i.e. Digital Gap for more than 20 countries in Europe, Asia and Africa.
From 2001 to 2002, Ms. Matić was special advisor to the Yugoslav Deputy Prime Minister. She coordinated implementation of several complex projects and conducted negotiations with the European Commission, the World Bank and other international financial institutions.
Between 2002-2004, Ms. Matić was engaged as the chief national competitiveness advisor for Booz Allen Hamilton on the USAID project aimed the improving competitiveness of Serbian economy.
From 2004 to 2007, she was the Director of Serbian Investment and Export Promotion Agency (SIEPA). During that period SIEPA was recognized by several international organizations as one of the best promotion agencies among the developing and countries in transition.
In May 2007 Ms. Matić was appointed to be the State Secretary for International Economic Relations at the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development. She was in charge of foreign trade, multilateral and bilateral international economic relations, as well as competitiveness and quality infrastructure. She was Serbia’s lead negotiator for the WTO membership.
With more than fifteen years of experience in public service, international organizations, Serbian and international business and political environment, in July 2008, she was elected Minister of Telecommunications and Information Society.
She speaks English and Italian fluently, and has a basic knowledge of German. -

Operating from Espoo, Finland, Jure manages business development activities in Forum Nokia EMEA. He acts as a mediator and consultant to (innovative) companies in their Nokia related go-to-market activities. He focuses on both business and technology support in getting companies their Nokia/Ovi based products to market successfully. In addition, in his role he has helped many startups reach their goals by developing win-win relationships that included Nokia and it's network of partners and coops (Mobile Operators, Brands, VCs and others). His latest area of activity is centered around areas like Augmented Reality (AR), Near Field Communication (NFC) and Mobile Web among others. His history with Nokia began as a developer offering product manager for the S60 platform. Before settling at Nokia he was involved in several internet startups and also spent some time as an independent consultant in the SME space. He holds and MBA in High Technology management at Helsinki School of Economics.

Jan Kobler (31) is the managing director of Levana capital management, a company advising a regional VC fund looking to invest capital in SMEs in the region. Jan has 8 years of operational experience in finance and investments, and has been cooperating with numerous companies in the field of business development, sales, organization and finance. He is active in several entrepreneurial ventures, which he started either on his own or in a partnership. He gained some experience in internet investing with the company Pravi klik d.o.o., which operates a real estate vertical search engine in 6 countries of the region, where Jan served as a supervisory board president from January 2008 until June 2009. Srba gives lectures on Public Relations and Media Relations at five Faculties of three universities in Serbia, as a guest lecturer by invitation: at the post-graduate studies at the University of Arts, Faculty of Economy, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Management, Faculty of entrepreneurial management, as well as on numerous PR seminars. He is also a speaker on international PR conferences.
Srba has a proven experience in full-servicing major international clients. His last two positions were: Managing Director for Serbia of the regional PR agency with offices in Greece, Romania, Bulgaria and Serbia, and before that, the Executive Director for Serbia of the pan-European PR consultancy based in Austria, with affiliates in Croatia, Czech Republic, Latvia, and Serbia.
He was a first President of the Public Relations Society of Serbia, and until 2008 member of its Managing Board and Court of Honor. He is now Board member for the term 2010-2011 of the International Public Relations Association (IPRA) and was National Chair for Serbia of IPRA in two terms, by 2009. He was member of the Public Relations Society of America as of 1998.
